Dress Up?

Leslie and I discussed wearing a crazy outfit to The Other Half in October. I'm thinking it sounds a little fun. Has anyone out there dressed up in some sort of crazy outfit for a race? Is 13 miles too long to run in a tutu? I'm just curious.
